| Energypac Engineering Limited has signed a contract with Power Grid Company of Bangladesh (PGCB) at the Board Room of PGCB on 3rd March, 2010. Md. Ashraf Hossain, Company Secretary, Power Grid Company of Bangladesh, Engr. Rabiul Alam, Director & CEO of Energypac Engineering Limited and officials of both the organizations were present in this occasion. This is a contract for supply and delivery of 230 kV and 132 kV grid substation equipment and materials for extension of existing grid substation for evacuation of power from rental power plants at different locations. |

| Energypac Engineering Limited jointly with Areva T&D AB, Sweden has signed a contract with Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) at the Board Room of BPDB on 22nd March, 2010. Md. Azizul Islam, Company Secretary, Bangladesh Power Development Board and officials of BPDB, Areva T&D AB Sweden, and Energypac were present in this occasion. This is a contract for construction of 6 nos. 33/11 kV, 2x10/13.33 MVA new substations on turnkey basis at Rangpur, Gaibandha, Sirajgonj, Pabna, Dinajpur, and Thakurgaon under 10 Town power distribution system development project, BPDB. |

This is a contract for design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 10 nos. 33/11 kV upgraded substations under DPDC. |
